REGISTRATION OF UGANDANS STRANDED IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, BELARUS, UKRAINE, GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, MONGOLIA, UZBEKISTAN AND MOLDOVA.

The Uganda Embassy in Moscow is seeking to register and verify stranded Ugandan Nationals who are currently in its area of accreditation and because of the Covid-19 pandemic are not able to return home.

Such individuals may include Students or any other category that have completed their studies or programs and short-term visitor/non-immigrant visa holder of all categories whose travel plans were disrupted by border/airport closures.

The exercise does not include Ugandans who already have a settled status in the Russian Federation or in the countries of accreditation as mentioned above or had no plans to return to Uganda.

If you are in the above mentioned category, kindly send the Mission your contact details including:-
1. Your names, residential and work place or institutional addresses in Uganda,
2. Current physical address and telephone contact in your host country,
3. Copy of your return ticket if you have it,
4. Scanned page of the host country visa,
5. Copy of your Ugandan Passport bio-data page
6. And in case of students, particulars of sponsoring institutions or persons.

Kindly send the above details to the Embassy e.mail, Info@uganda.ru or moscow@mofa.go.ug.

The information should be submitted by 24th April, 2020 and please visit our website http:/moscow.mofa.go.ug for any updates on covid-19 and any other matter.
