H.E Ambassador Johnson Agara Olwa presents Ugandan products to the Director of the college of culinary skills in Kursk - Russia.

The Ambassador encouraged the Director incorporate the Ugandan products in their cooking. He discussed  with the Director about the possibilities of cooperation especially for Ugandan students to be trained in this college. 

The cost of tution  is 1000 Euros per year and the course if for years . Accommodation costs about 50 USD per month.  They will require 30 students in a year from Uganda to be able to train them in English other wise the students will have to learn the Russian language for one . However, this issue of foreign students is under discussion at the government level.

The students don't only learn how to prepare  Russian Cusine, they will also learn French and Italian cusine.

Ambassador Olwa also proposed for an exchange programme between this college and culinary institutions in Uganda . 

The Kursk Culinary college is positive and happy to collaborate.
