REGISTRATION OF UGANDANS STRANDED IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, BELARUS, UKRAINE, GEORGIA, KAZAKHSTAN, MONGOLIA, UZBEKISTAN AND MOLDOVA.

The Uganda Embassy in Moscow is seeking to register and verify stranded Ugandan Nationals who are currently in its area of accreditation and because of the Covid-19 pandemic are not able to return home.

Honorable Sam K. Kutesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda and Mr Mikhail Mikhailovich Kotyukov signed MoU between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of  Uganda and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in the field of Higher Education.

His Excellency Ambassador Johnson Agara OLWA Initiates Trade and Investment Cooperation.

His Excellency Ambassador Johnson Agara OLWA met Mr Giorgi Pertaia the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Georgia in Tbilisi today 6th December 2019. The purpose of the meeting was to initiate trade and investment cooperation. Both agreed that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Georgia initiates an MoU that will be considered by the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

AmbassadorJohnson Agara OLWA presents copies of letters of credence to Ms Khatuna Totladze, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia. Issues of mutual interest were discussed including strengthening bilateral relations in the spheres of education, trade,investment and tourism .
